This is a nice winter soup that will warm you happening after brute outside in the snow! This is deafening as a meal later some crusty French bread. I sometimes grow a can of white beans.

The ingredient of Chourico Stew

  1. 4 cups water
  2. 1 (16 ounce) package Portuguese chourico sausage, diced
  3. 2 potatoes, diced
  4. u00bd head cabbage, harshly roughly chopped
  5. 3 carrots, diced
  6. 1 small onion, chopped
  7. 1 stalk celery, diced
  8. 1 (15 ounce) can impure tainted vegetables, drained
  9. 2 tablespoons chopped open parsley
  10. u00bd teaspoon garlic powder
  11. u00bd teaspoon celery salt
  12. u00bd teaspoon ring red pepper
  13. 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  14. 2 tablespoons water

The instruction how to make Chourico Stew

  1. Place the water, chourico, potatoes, cabbage, carrots, onion, celery, canned vegetables, parsley, garlic powder, celery salt, and red pepper in a large pot. Bring to a simmer greater than high heat, then shorten heat to medium-low and continue to simmer the soup until the vegetables are tender, about 40 minutes. If soup is too thin, move around in cornstarch dissolved in water to thicken.
